Shipping Charges

£4.50 for UK customers

£13 for European

rest of world £25

UK deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail, recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt. Overseas will be sent by Airsure.

Delivery is guaranteed to be dispatched within 2-3 days of purchase from our warehouse if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock you will be informed straight away where you can either change for an alternative or wait until the item you requested is back in stock.

We aim to deliver to Europe and the rest of the world within 3-5 working days. The order will be dispatched between Monday to Friday, excluding local and national holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from date of shipping. We shall not be responsible for unpredictable delays. Except for cases of force majeure, the order will be delivered with a minimum of thirty days following the day after you have placed your order.

For security reasons online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Please note the customer is responsible for all custom charges.

Upon delivery, please check that the numbers of boxes are as reported on the document that you are asked to sign, and that the package is not damaged, wet or tampered with in any way. Any damage in the packaging and/or the Product or any discrepancy between the number of boxes delivered, should be immediately notified by indicating in writing on the courier’s delivery documents. Risk of loss or damage to products you order on this Site passes to you on delivery of the products; title passes once We have received payment in full for the Products.


 

Returns & Exchanges

We are confident that you will be happy with your Blake LDN piece(s) However, we will offer a refund or exchange (if stock available) on any unworn/ unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 14 days of dispatch.

If you are based in the EU or UK under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, You may cancel a Contract for an order of Products at any time within 14 working days beginning on the day you receive the Product(s).

Items purchased outside of the UK can be returned within 21 days of dispatch. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging with their labels in tact. The date your items were dispatched by us will be detailed in the documentation that arrives with your order.

 

Returns Procedure

If you wish to return to Blake LDN please inform us in writing to customerservices@blake-ldn.com with details of the Product(s) that you no longer require and the order number issued at time of purchase.

Wrap your item(s) safely and securely to avoid damage in transit back to Blake LDN (please note that Blake LDN is unable to accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit). Please use the original packaging to return an item. We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage certificate if using the Post Office and arrange necessary compensation cover for the items.

Please send your package back to Blake LDN, 9 Pingle Lane, Morcott, Rutand, LE15 9DS. Please note Blake LDN will not be able to refund any items which are lost in post.

Upon inspection of returned goods we will endeavor to process the refund within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment. Any items returned outside of this timeframe will be accepted at the discretion of Blake LDN.

Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

 

NON-UK RETURNS

Customers outside the UK will need to make their own returns arrangements through any postal carrier. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any items, and Blake LDN is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post.

 

Exchange Instructions

To exchange products, please follow the Return Instructions and contact Customer Services. Please note that your card will first be credited and then a new order will be placed and the exchange, subject to availability, will be sent to you on receipt of the original order, delivery free. Your original shipping fee will not be refunded. If you are based in a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination you will need to pay duties and taxes on the replacement item.
