Our Mission, Our commitment

Producing in a more sustainable way has always been a goal within our company. From the early days of sourcing our first UK factories back in 2013 this has become embedded in our brand values. Our mission is to be creative and sustainable in our approach but without compromising on integrity and the quality of the product.

In pursuit of this goal, we commit to create products responsibly, enabling you to maximize their wear.

We use natural materials like wool and alpaca within our collections because of their quality, longevity and the fact that they require very little water and energy use in producing and caring for them.

We are also committed to upholding the best animal welfare standards.

Our Materials

Natural fibres make up the majority of our collections.

Our wool comes from either our British supplier and is spun in Scotland or our wonderful Italian family fun factory in the Biella region in Italy which specialise in super fine wool.

All yarn is traceable back to the farm so our factory is able to directly control its supply chain. All wool is certified via WoolMark and supports Sustainawool project for eco-sustainability in animal welfare.

Our Merino yarn comes from certified farms in Australia and spun in Italy. Our factory here have completely elimated CO2 emissions drawing exclusively from renewable energy sources.

All our merino wool is non-mulesing. Mulesing is a cruel and painful way of removing loose folds of the sheeps skin that has become infested with flies, due to the wrinkles on the skin often without using pain relief or anaesthetic. Therefore we have chosen to only use non-mulesing.

Our Factories & Production

All of our factories are small family-run businesses, supporting heritage production techniques. These mills and factories are often the pillars of their local communities and producing with them supports local economies and their families.
